Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a subscription from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions provide recurring access to products as described at the time of purchase. Subscription details, pricing, billing frequency, and included features are disclosed before checkout.

2. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges incurred.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may retry the charge, suspend access, or cancel the subscription.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges will be at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise disclosed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations must be made not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to your next subscription processing date in order to cancel your next shipment. 

5. Changes to Subscription or Pricing

We may modify subscription features, pricing, or billing frequency from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including payment details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

9. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subscriptions are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction specified in our general Terms of Service.
