I don't regularly drink tea in the evening, but when I'm struggling to fall asleep Cease Fire does the job in 20-30 minutes.

I've been trying to reduce my morning caffeine intake. I had planned to alternate between Day Ops and my morning coffee, but I haven't had coffee in two weeks.
